Under 5 Forest School

Come out and join us in our magic woodland in Chelvey, and let your child explore the outdoors.

We will all meet at the car park and then when everyone is present we will make our way to the woods all together. Our site is accessible for buggies with good wheels.

We start the session with an introduction and a safety talk, as well as meeting our woodland teddies.

We go off in to the wood to find sticks for the fire first. Then it’s over to you!

Play with the mud kitchen, explore the woods and see what you can find.

Are you or your child brave enough to try the rope swing or maybe make a see-saw?

There is no plan to the session, its led by the children’s imagination. As true forest schools are.

Remember to bring a drink and a snack if you like.

If you child is getting tired please feel you can leave with no worries.

If you have any signs of high temperature or other COVID-19 symptoms
please do not attend.
